1. When will admissions open?

Admissions are open from 11th Jan'24.

2. If I enroll on a course in Sage Winter School 2024, and subsequently need to withdraw, will I be able to receive a full refund ?

No refund will be provided after the enrollment process.

3. Will lectures be recorded online?

SWS courses will be conducted online/offline or hybrid mode. Go through the course details for more information.

4. Can I take more than one course per session?

Yes, you can take more than one course per session.

5. What is the application deadline?

The deadline for the application submission will be three days before the learning start date; we suggest students apply as early as possible.

6. Is there an application fee?

There is a non-refundable fee depending on the course level payable when you submit the application form. This can be paid with a debit/credit card. If you are having problems paying or do not have a card to pay with, we would advise you to ask a family member or friend to pay on your behalf.

7. What are the program dates for SWS 2024?

Program dates depend on the courses you are enrolled in. Generally, it will be Jan'24 to March'24.

8. Can I apply for financial aid?

Unfortunately, financial aid is not available for Winter Session.

9. Can I view a detailed course syllabus/outline before the course starts?

All courses have a detailed course outline available to you after completing the enrollment process. The course outlines will have information on suggested readings and provisional class topics.

10. When will I get my timetable?

You will be given your timetable on the first day of the program. A detailed timetable is not available prior to the start of the Winter School.

11. How will the final exams take place?

Exams will be taken in assessment form during the learning only.

12. Do winter School courses count towards the SAGE undergraduate program?

Winter School courses do not count towards a degree at SAGE. Winter School is not seen as a way of repeating failed courses or a way of graduating quickly.

13. What documentation will I receive upon successful completion of a Winter School course?

14. How and when will I receive my certificate?

Certificates will be mailed to students. Towards the end of the course all students will receive a link to an online evaluation form. At the end of this form, you will be asked to confirm that you wish to receive a certificate and the email id you would like the certificate to be sent to.

15. Will I be able to access my online course material after I have left?

We strongly advise that all students download and save or print any materials during the program that they would like to keep. Once the Winter School is over, at which point you will no longer have access to the materials.

16. Will I be able to access online recordings after I complete my course?

Students should not expect to be able to access course content once their course has concluded.

17. Can we transfer or change course after Registration?

The registration once done in a program will not be subject to change/cancellation in any circumstances.
